International Financial Institute «Interstate Bank BRICS+»
A new international financial system implemented by the Russian side on the basis of PPP within the framework of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 208 dated 05/13/2017.
The International Financial Institute «Interstate Bank BRICS+» will become one of the leading institutions in the field of financial security when working in the international financial market of the BRICS+ countries, the SCO, the EAEU, the CIS, African countries, the Middle East, Latin American countries and their partners. According to the official message of the President of the Russian Federation on 02/29/2024, the share of the BRICS+ countries in world GDP by 2028 will amount to 36.6% of world GDP at purchasing power parity.
The main task of the institute at the first stage is to provide financial settlements within the framework of international trade of the BRICS+ countries, the SCO, the EAEU, the CIS, African countries, the Middle East, Latin American countries and their partners without the SWIFT system, through the use of advanced IT solutions based on Blockchain technology.
According to a study by leading experts in the field of finance, banking and information technology, the International Financial Institute «Interstate Bank BRICS+» is not subject to sanctions pressure, illegal actions by unfriendly governments violating the rights of participants in the international financial market.
The main activities of the International Financial Institute «Interstate Bank BRICS+»:
• Ensuring cross-border settlements of participants in the international financial market of the BRICS+ countries, SCO, EAEU, CIS, African countries, Middle East countries, Latin American countries and their partners, without the SWIFT system
• Attracting investments/capital to the most significant investment projects of the BRICS+ countries, the SCO, the EAEU, the CIS, African countries, Middle East countries, Latin American countries and their partners
• Ensuring the free conversion of national currencies through the use of the BRICS countries’ unit of account (the unit of account with the working name «RUBRICS»)
• Ensuring the banking secrecy of the system participants
• Ensuring measures aimed at the economic development of the BRICS+ countries, the SCO, the EAEU, the CIS, African countries, the Middle East, Latin American countries and their partners in the regions of the bank’s presence.
